Spinach Delight

2 bunches spinach leaves
4 Tbs. sesame seeds
2 cups coconut or olive oil
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 tbsp. Juva spice
1 dash tobasco Sauce
1 can diced water chestnuts
6 button mushrooms
2 steamed and chilled diced beets
4 figs (diced)
Directions: Mix together and add the dressing of your choice.
