Fever.

Tip: Remember to drink plenty of water and eat lightly when feeling feverish. This gives the body extra support to fight illness and recover quickly.
Apply: a few drops of Y.L. Lavender, peppermint and lemon to the back of the neck and the bottom of the feet every 10-20 minutes until a fever subsides.
Try: Ningxia Red & Inner Defense capsule 2-3 times a day.
Diffuse: Peace & Calming or Lavender to help sleep and recover.
